This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through toolspopper.com and all tools and services offered on the site. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
Information you provide
Most ToolsPopper tools do not require an account. If you contact us by email, subscribe to updates, or use admin features, we may collect your email address and message content.
User content and file uploads
Some tools accept text or files to process your request. Important guarantees:
- We do not sell your files or data. Your uploads are never sold, rented, or leased to third parties.
- We cannot browse your uploads. Staff do not routinely access user-uploaded files. They exist only to complete your request.
- Your files are not visible to anyone else. Uploads are private to your session and are not published, indexed, or shared with other visitors.
- Automatic deletion after 2 hours. Any file stored on our servers for processing is permanently deleted within two hours by default (configurable in site settings). After deletion, files cannot be recovered.
- Many tools are client-side. A large portion of ToolsPopper runs entirely in your browser — your input never leaves your device.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, we may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and language
- Pages visited, tools used, and referring URLs
- Cookie and analytics data (see Cookies below)
How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve ToolsPopper tools
- Process file uploads temporarily when a tool requires server-side handling
- Monitor security, abuse, and performance
- Display advertisements through Google AdSense when enabled
- Respond to support requests
Do we analyze or sell user content?
No. We do not use your uploaded files or tool input to train AI models, build marketing profiles, or sell data. User content is processed only to deliver the tool result you requested, then deleted per our retention policy.
Sharing with third parties
We may share limited technical data with:
- Google AdSense / Analytics — for ads and site statistics when enabled
- Hosting providers — to serve the website securely
- Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights and safety
We do not share uploaded files with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Cookies

Data retention and deletion
- Uploaded files: deleted automatically after 2 hours (default) from our servers
- Server logs: retained for a limited period for security and debugging

We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; use ToolsPopper at your own discretion for sensitive material.

California privacy rights
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
